Mesa Mayor Race Way to Close Too Call

vote - Photo 782736 by Steve WoodsA month and a half I blogged about the three candidates for Mayor of Mesa Arizona.

OK... plenty of time has passed.

Many issues have been debated.

Now, with the elections just over a week away...

...it appears that half of city's residences have yet to make up their minds.

So says a report on MSNBC.

For those undecided, right now would be a good time to visit the candidates' web sites.

There's plenty of time to assess the issues.

Go here for the official sites:

Good information, Chuck.  I can't vote in Mesa, but I did this morning in Rhode Island.

Chuck,

All that blogging, and I still don't know who you're standing behind.  Enquiring minds want to know!

Let me just say that I think any of the three would be great. It's a rare moment where I like each candidate a great deal. No doggies in this one (in my opinion). Like most Mesans, I may not know for sure until election day... I'm seesawing between two of them.

Chuck, great reminder. Fortunately we have the ballots mailed to us, and we voted sometime ago. ;-)

I am supporting Walters..she has served this community well for many years. The next with community experience would be Griswald. Smith is only showing awareness of community service. His service resume dates back to 2006 although he has lived in this community all of his life. I sense an opportunist in his recent interest in being involved in the city. So, I'm supporting Walters.
